Lucy is a highly experienced criminal litigator and advocate. Her practice covers a spectrum of general crime and white-collar cases, defending individuals in prosecutions brought by the CPS, FCA, SFO, HMRC, NCA and DWP.

Lucy takes a strategic approach to defending clients from the outset of the investigation, throughout litigation and through to trial. She is particularly skilled in document-heavy cases and through her attention to detail, advises on the big picture to yield results. She is a tenacious and robust litigator known for her excellent client care.

Having read law in Manchester, Lucy went on to obtain a distinction in all areas of law on her LPC from the BBP Law School. Unusually, this provides Lucy with an ability to advise on a wide range of issues.

Lucy has substantial experience of advising clients in the police station. Her knowledge of the law is second to none. She is renowned for ensuring that clients are not needlessly detained, challenging decisions of police officers during investigation and detention. She takes a pro-active approach when accepting instruction, particularly pre-charge. Lucy accepts instruction on applications to remove personal information from the police database following investigation.

Lucy has a growing Licensing Law practice and has a particular interest in cybercrime.
